Job Summary
The Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows within the clinic, leading the clinical team to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care while upholding nursing standards. This role provides nursing leadership within the outpatient setting, oversees delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, and supports quality improvement and staff development in ambulatory OB/GYN services. Requires an Oregon RN license, BLS, and at least 3 years of direct patient care with 1 year in a supervisory role; preferred Bachelor's in Nursing or related field. Based in Portland, OR (on-site) with primary duties in clinical supervision and coordination across Providence’s Oregon Clinical Programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
