Job Summary
Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This role functions as part of the clinic leadership team, bringing the nursing perspective to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care that respects the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Leads clinical staff to improve quality and skill levels, ensures compliance with clinic policies, and supports patient-focused care in an ambulatory OB/GYN setting. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- 1 year In a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
