Job Summary
Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the OB/GYN clinic. This role functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, providing the nursing perspective to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care while addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Oversees care delivered by clinical staff, enforces clinic policies, and leads efforts to improve staff skills and quality of care. Requires Oregon RN license, BLS, and significant ambulatory nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities; bachelor’s degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year In a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
