Job Summary
Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and clinical workflows within an ambulatory OB/GYN clinic. Leads the clinical team to ensure patient care services are provided efficiently, safely, and timely, addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Oversees staff performance, upholds nursing standards, ensures compliance with clinic policies, and participates in leadership activities. Requires RN with Oregon license and BLS; preferred Bachelor's in Nursing or related field; strong emphasis on supervisory experience and ambulatory care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Direct patient care (preferably ambulatory)
- 1 year supervisory experience (preferably in ambulatory setting)
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel (ambulatory)
