Job Summary
Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This role acts as part of the clinic leadership team, bringing the nursing perspective to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care while upholding nursing practice standards; oversees care provided by clinical staff and drives quality improvement and staff development in an ambulatory setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year In a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
