Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows within the ambulatory nephrology and pulmonology clinic, functioning as part of the clinic leadership team to uphold nursing practice standards. Leads clinical staff to ensure patient care is provided safely, efficiently, and responsively to physical, psychological, and spiritual needs; collaborates with physicians on nursing-related practice; ensures compliance with clinic policies and procedures. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and WA RN license with BLS; 3 years of direct patient care experience and demonstrated ability to delegate nursing responsibilities. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field and ACLS certification, with prior charge/lead nurse experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
