Supervisor Clinic RN - NEPHROLOGY and PULMONOLOGY

Clinical Supervisor RN leads nursing staff in the nephrology and pulmonology clinic, coordinating clinical workflows and activities to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Works as part of the clinic leadership team with physicians to uphold nursing standards, oversee delegated nursing responsibilities, and drive quality improvement. Ambulatory setting experience, strong collaboration and leadership skills, and possession of WA RN license and BLS are required; ACLS and prior lead/charge nurse experience are preferred. This role is based on-site in Seattle's Swedish First Hill area, and reports to the clinic leadership within Providence Swedish Medical Group.
