Job Summary
Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows within the nephrology and pulmonology clinic. Oversee care provided by clinical staff to ensure patient services are efficient, safe, and timely while leading efforts to improve staff skill levels. Work directly with physicians on practice-related nursing matters and ensure compliance with established clinic policies. Maintain professional nursing standards as an integral member of the clinic leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience
