Job Summary
Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows within the Nephrology and Pulmonology clinic. Oversee care provided by clinical personnel to ensure services are efficient, safe, and timely while addressing patient physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Lead clinical staff to improve quality and skill levels, working directly with physicians on practice-related nursing matters. Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures. Maintain a full-time day shift schedule at the Swedish First Hill location in Seattle.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience
