Job Summary
Clinical leadership role overseeing the nursing team in a Swift River clinic environment. Coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and workflows, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely patient care while addressing patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Works with physicians on practice-related nursing matters, ensures adherence to clinic policies, and leads efforts to improve staff skills and care quality. Requires RN licensure in WA, BLS, and ambulator/SOP familiarity; preferred ACLS and leadership/charge nurse experience. This leadership position sits within Providence Swedish Medical Group, contributing to a patient-focused, multidisciplinary care culture and ongoing clinical quality improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
