Job Summary
Lead and support a team of Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants in a specialized gastroenterology clinic setting. Review clinical charts for accuracy, compliance, and quality to uphold regulatory best practices and ensure patient-centered care. Mentor staff while managing day-to-day operations and workflow efficiency to improve patient outcomes. Requires a Washington Registered Nurse License, three years of direct patient care experience, and strong delegation skills within an ambulatory environment. Full-time day shift at Swedish First Hill in Seattle.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience
