Job Summary
Oversee front office operations for the urgent care clinic, including appropriate staffing levels and adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Medical Office Manager, Chief of Staff, physicians, health plans, MSO, and administrative team to ensure appropriate access and delivery of care. Act as a liaison between site employees and external stakeholders to maintain site efficiency. Requires three years of experience in a medical office setting or supervisory/managerial experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in a medical office setting, OR
- Supervisory/managerial experience
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role
- Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving
- Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree From an accredited institution
- Experience in the interpretation, implementation, and development operational policies and procedures
