Supervisor Clinic Operations - Float Pool

Collaborate with the Medical Office Manager, Chief of Staff, and administrative teams to ensure appropriate access and delivery of care within the medical office. Oversee front office operations by managing staffing levels and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Serve as a liaison between site employees, physicians, health plans, the MSO, and the administrative team. Requires three years of experience in a medical office setting or supervisory/managerial experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Upon request, driving may be necessary, requiring proof of a driver's license and auto insurance.
