Job Summary

Provide daily leadership to a team of client experience specialists, ensuring adherence to procedures and performance standards while coaching members on skill development. Monitor service queues and turnaround times to support SLA adherence, then serve as the first point of escalation for client inquiries, resolving moderately complex matters or escalating higher-risk concerns. Back up staff during absences and act as a subject matter resource for Treasury Management platforms, troubleshooting system navigation and assisting with new hire orientation. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to strategic planning and performance insights.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: general studies.
  • 5 or more years treasury management or commercial banking w/ focus on customer service or operations.
  • 2 or more years experience using MS Office Suite and familiarity with banking software or CRM systems.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to support workload management and provide direction to team members as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of cash management and treasury principles, banking products, regulations, and financial systems.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance or a related field.
  • 1 or more years team leader or supervisory experience.
