Supervisor - Client Implementation

Job Summary
Lead and develop an implementation team to deliver a positive client onboarding experience, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring all levels of departmental personnel, workload management, serving as a key escalation point for complex client issues, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, assisting in creating and managing Implementation Department policies and procedures, preparing reports, participating in interviews and training new hires, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of project activities. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and 2-4 years of project management and automotive experience, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/French is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration
- 2-4 years project management experience
- 2-4 years automotive experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Advanced proficiency in Holman systems (GDT, EVOS, Insights, FleetTrak)
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
