Job Summary
Supervise subordinate staff within ACS DFS Administrative Payment Services, overseeing the processing of payments to providers and vendors, reviewing voucher packages, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. Manage use of systems such as ACSFMS, FMS, and PASSPort; prepare payment status reports; maintain records and document flow; respond to inquiries from stakeholders; ensure compliance with City oversight directives and procurement/prompt payment rules. Possess strong data-entry, analytical, and supervisory skills to support child welfare-related financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty
- Associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience including one year of the administrative supervisory experience
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and five years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience including one year of the administrative supervisory experience as described above
- Education and/or experience equivalent to items 1-3 above with substitution provisions as described
