Job Summary
Conduct clinical supervision and support for assigned staff while managing program development, budget allocations, and public consultation. Ensure all programs are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements, Ministry standards, and Agency policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to motivate staff and take corrective action as necessary, maintaining excellent documentation and organizational skills. Possess sound clinical knowledge and relevant legislative expertise. Valid Ontario Driver's License with OPCF6A endorsement and $1,000,000 liability insurance required; ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours is necessary. Awareness of First Nations issues, including community customs and traditions, is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field is preferred with five (5) years of experience in a mental health or developmental services setting
- Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement
- Must possess a valid Ontario Driver's License
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle
- Must have OPCF6A Insurance endorsement
- Must have minimum of $1,000,000 Liability insurance
- Must have Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
- Must have internal records check
- Must have Driver's Abstract
- Must be able to occasionally work flexible hours
