Job Summary
Lead the sales floor with a customer-obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional service and modeling behaviors for the team. Drive performance through zone management, coaching, and motivation when assigned as Sales Floor Captain. Execute daily operational priorities including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and store cleanliness while maintaining product knowledge for launches and restocks. Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, styling support, and product features. Facilitate new hire training, reinforce brand values, and track sales performance to achieve store KPIs. Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day. Resolve customer issues with empathy and speed while supporting execution of daily action plans and shift recaps. Maintain full physical availability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 pounds during the entire shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related industry
- Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Full Time Availability Requirements: Open Availability. We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
