Job Summary
Oversee daily activities of Oil Stores personnel; maintain UAWCAS reporting and hourly timekeeping in Workday; ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Allison restrictions; train and develop employees in chemical processing, environmental, and safety; plan and schedule chemical, safety, and processing meetings, programs, and projects; produce quality, financial, environmental, and performance reports; support plant and corporate safety initiatives; maintain professional communication with engineering peers and internal customers; require physical presence in the workplace and ability to manage budgets, manpower, and timing while focusing on safety and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and/or equivalent experience in manufacturing, supervision or industrial chemicals
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Understanding of basic chemistry
