Supervisor Centro De Pesquisa - Primavera do Leste - MT

Manage the Centro de Pesquisa team by developing, orienting, and tracking personnel while conducting performance reviews, managing individual development plans, and leading engagement initiatives including 360° research. Ensure regulatory compliance for all permits, licenses, and federal/state/municipal standards, and coordinate field trial schedules to meet approved resources and quality benchmarks. Oversee agricultural crop quality and maintenance, manage financial and operational resources, and guarantee the safe use of equipment and facilities. Train staff on operational procedures, participate in daily safety dialogues, and maintain technical updates on agronomic practices. Support international and national visitors while promoting continuous process improvement. Requires a full degree in Agricultural Engineering, a postgraduate degree or MBA, and advanced Excel skills.
