Job Summary
Supervise and direct the decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage, and distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment. Oversee staffing and provide direction to ensure compliance with applicable rules, accrediting, and licensing requirements. Develop staff through orientation and continuing education programs while assisting in implementing departmental policies and maintaining necessary supplies. Serve as a liaison with the operating room and other departments to recommend quality and performance improvement initiatives. Establish and continuously assess the effectiveness of internal controls within the unit.
Required Qualifications

- Relevant experience
- Certification

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
