Supervisor-Central Distribution (Every Weekend 12 hours (12am-12pm) + 2 weekdays 8 hours (Flex days))

Assist the Manager of Central Distribution in controlling inventory supplies under perpetual inventory, accomplishing facility inventory turn goals, and increasing consignment use. Supervise all Central Distribution activities, manage staff scheduling and shifts, and coordinate delivery of medical surgical supplies to nursing units. Maximize resources by adjusting assignments to workload and volume, distributing tasks equitably to reduce overtime, and ensuring assignments are understood immediately. Monitor, audit, and enhance process quality while maintaining a neat work area and managing time to complete priorities. Apply decontamination, preparation, and sterilization techniques, teach basic microbiology concepts, and mentor staff to achieve quality outcomes within timeframes. Follow documentation guidelines, develop departmental policies, and interpret productivity reports to assess performance and resolve problems.
