Supervise and control all physical and accounting receipt of merchandise, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation. Monitor inventory to ensure availability aligns with sales and agreed deadlines, while verifying that all internal and third-party staff are trained on universal handling rules. Register all material, product, and equipment entries and exits to maintain parity between physical and accounting records. Identify improvement opportunities with your immediate supervisor to apply best practices in operations. Motivate your team by assessing qualification needs and participating in the development of training programs. Track results through KPIs and daily movement reports to improve performance. Adhere to internal regulations, quality management systems, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
