Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations of the catheterization and vascular lab, supervising procedural area RNs and staff while managing quality, customer service, budget, purchasing, and payroll. Serve as a technical/clinical resource to team members, provide appropriate coverage, and mentor staff. Act as the chief retention officer for areas of responsibility. Requires a BSN, RN license, and at least three years of experience in cath/vascular/procedural areas with two years of supervisory experience preferred. Full-time day shift in Woodbridge, VA.
Required Qualifications
- BSN
- Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cath/vascular/procedural areas
- Leadership or supervisory experience for at least 2 years
- Background in IR/Cath and Angio
- Procedural experience
- RCIS
- ACLS
- First (Days) shift
- Woodbridge, VA location
Desired Qualifications
- MSN
- RCIS preferred
- Supervises procedural area RN's and staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities
