Job Summary
Monitor, evaluate, and direct staff and assigned department functions within the Case Management department. Assist with recruitment and hiring, evaluate staff competency, and provide coaching and counseling to assigned personnel. Oversee staff schedules and manage ongoing evaluation and refinement of staff development programs. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, an RN license, and at least five years of nursing experience. Full-time day shift with 40 weekly hours. Valley Children's Healthcare delivers comprehensive pediatric care across Central California.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree - 4 year Nursing or related field
- Bachelor's or Master's MUST be in nursing
- RN - Registered Nurse License
- CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing
- Minimum five (5) years Nursing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree Nursing or related field
- Minimum one (1) year Management experience
- CCM - Certified Case Manager
