Job Summary

Conduct daily office hours, host orientations up to three times weekly, and replenish supplies per Carnival Cruise Line procurement procedures. Maintain building functions in studios and performer housing, coordinate custodial scheduling, and track inventory for special events. Assist in emergency planning and execute disaster response protocols while monitoring facility access and surveillance systems. Uphold core behaviors, facilitate inter-departmental communication, and analyze feedback to enhance the team member experience. Manage vendor negotiations, audit expenses, and ensure compliance with immigration, safety, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree Music, Dance, Theater, Performing Arts
  • 3+ years of experience in musical theater, dance, cruise entertainment or comparable industry experience
  • Experience supporting entertainment operations, hospitality operations, cruise operations, performing arts administration, or a related environment
  • Cruise industry experience
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
  • Must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area
  • Must be available for occasional work outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be available for evening shift, typically 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Must be available for work Monday through Thursday
  • Must be available for work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida
  • Must be available to work from home on Fridays

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating facility operations, logistics, scheduling, or team member support activities
