Job Summary
Supervisor Career Coach Supervisor works with the Regional Career Services Manager/Director to connect with local employers, supervise Career Coaches, oversee programs or initiatives, and ensure program outcomes per contract/MOA. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring databases and caseloads, gathering data for reports, communicating with participants and agencies, and may provide direct service to participants as needed. Requires leadership and coaching capabilities, experience in workforce development or social services, case management, and ability to collaborate with employers and community partners to place customers in potential jobs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or one-year work experience in lieu of college degree in workforce development/social services environments such as a workforce development program and/or community rehabilitation providing services to individuals with disabilities and/or disadvantages
- Minimum 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience in Workforce Development or Human/Social Services field
- Case management experience required
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or disadvantages
