Supervisor Care Management RN

Direct supervision of assigned Case Managers, Coordinators, and Associates to ensure excellence in customer service through daily coordination and management. Develop and implement operational plans covering staffing resources, policy and procedures, orientation, education, and quality improvement activities. Assure timely provision of coordinated patient care including care coordination, regulatory management, discharge planning, and interventions via application of case management standards. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing, Washington RN license, and three years of discharge planning and case management experience in an acute care setting. Experience working with diverse populations, including those with physical or developmental disabilities, emotional disorders, and substance abuse issues is essential.
