Job Summary
Directly supervise assigned staff within the OhioRISE program, providing guidance and direction, assisting in hiring, training, motivating, evaluating personnel, and implementing discipline procedures. Oversee administrative duties, maintain program reporting and contract compliance, ensure fiscal accountability and budget compliance, and support development and implementation of program outcomes and quality measures. Demonstrate leadership to promote an inclusive work environment, maintain confidentiality, and adapt programs to changing compliance standards while coordinating with county agencies and external partners. Requires pre-employment screenings and reflects the organization’s commitment to diversity and employee well-being.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role; specifically managing client- or patient-facing team members OR 1+ year of experience as a Care Coordinator within the OhioRISE program or a comparable care coordination role.
