Job Summary
Supervise the inbound Call Center team responsible for coordinating emergency roadside service, ensuring adequate staffing, preparing daily work assignments, monitoring service delays, and resolving member concerns and contractor challenges. Coach, support, and provide leadership to the Call Center staff, oversee onboarding and performance, and manage a hybrid onsite/work-from-home workforce in Lake Oswego. Expect a Tuesday-Saturday shift 2:00pm–11:00pm with differential pay for evenings and weekends; starting pay around $4,450/month, with total compensation reflecting shift and experience. Strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, and analytical decision-making; bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities are a plus. Requirements include 3-5 years relevant experience, supervisory or team leadership background, and a college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience required
- Previous Call Center or similar Customer Service experience high preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with a diverse employee and member group in an inclusive and equitable manner
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Additional pay differential offered to Spanish/English bilingual team members
