Job Summary
Supervisor, Cage Operations responsible for directly supervising cashiering functions under the Cage Casino Credit Manager. Duties include managing cage inventory (chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window and booth inventories), addressing customer concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance, interviewing/hiring/training/scheduling/assessing staff, and fostering positive public/employee relations. Requires ability to read/write memos, strong interpersonal and communication skills, arithmetic proficiency (including percentages/interest), and comfort working in a smoking, fast-paced environment. Education: high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience and 1 year supervisory experience preferred. Additional background checks (criminal, credit, drug screen) may be required; gaming licensure is part of the employment process. The role is based at Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood, USA.
Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- 1 year of cage, banking and/or cashiering experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
