Job Summary
Lead Food Service Workers and manage daily cafeteria operations, including setting up self-serving lines, refilling bars, and maintaining cleanliness of preparation and display areas. Greet customers, answer questions about specialty foods, and perform ware-washing duties while ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety standards. Provide guidance to staff, assign tasks in your absence, and fulfill contractual requirements to support individuals with disabilities. This role requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills within a loud work environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- 1 year of food service-related experience
- Security clearance or background requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge in sanitation
- Thorough knowledge in conducting training
- Thorough knowledge in security
- Thorough knowledge in customer relations
- Thorough knowledge in safety and accident prevention
- Thorough knowledge in equipment maintenance
- Strong interpersonal skills
