Job Summary
Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and supporting the team in providing friendly advice to customers. Coach staff through guidance on appropriate service behaviors, help onboard new team members with training and induction support, and ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements. Manage and coordinate stock effectively while maintaining high energy and smooth workflow in your designated department. This role requires previous experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments and strong coaching skills. We offer an adult pay rate of $30.78 per hour for those 18 years and over.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- open communication
- genuine interest in coaching and developing others
- The ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback
- Be results driven and a team player
- Be approachable and confident
- Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
