Job Summary
Oversee cleaning personnel and assign duties to ensure units are cleaned effectively and efficiently. Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or damage; report maintenance issues and lost items to the Executive Housekeeper. Train existing and new staff on MasterCorp's 7-step cleaning process and quality standards. Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and linen stock while maintaining organized storage closets. Complete weekly report cards, replace supplies as needed, and assist in solving guest complaints promptly. Ensure a safe working environment and maintain timeliness across all site operations. Full-time and part-time roles available with irregular hours and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- Willing and able to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
- Rare — approximately 5% travel on a quarterly basis
- Frequent travel is regularly required based on business need
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, move, lift (up to 25 lbs), bend, reach, occasionally ascend/descend, and perform repetitive motions
