Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate boilermaker crews while planning daily work activities and allocating tasks across shutdown, maintenance, and project execution sites. Monitor workmanship and quality standards, liaise with site management and project teams, and ensure all activities are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout operations. This hands-on leadership role supports EnerMech's integrated solutions for complex energy projects across the Gladstone region, requiring a trade qualification, crew leadership experience, and full Australian working rights.
Required Qualifications
- Trade qualification in Engineering Fabrication or Boilermaking
- Previous experience leading crews within heavy industry
- Strong shutdown and maintenance experience
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure operational environments
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Recent Police Clearance
