Job Summary
Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects involving blood, bodily fluids, and trauma scenes, ensuring all jobs complete safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism while handling project paperwork and scope approvals. This role does not manage people but leads jobs and ensures successful completion. You must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, be able to lift 50 lbs, and respond within one hour of a call as a local candidate. Earn $30-$34 per hour plus a fixed administrative rate of $15/hour. Experience in restoration or construction is preferred, along with IICRC S540 certification and Xactimate proficiency.

Desired Qualifications

- IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
- Xactimate experience
- A track record of successful community engagement and outreach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Relevant backgrounds: Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Mortuary Affairs, Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Asbestos Abatement, Construction, Pest Control
