Supervisor

Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules using best practices while exercising independent judgment to ensure accuracy and perform version control. Track, analyze, and report information to enable project teams to manage their work, identify critical activities, and review forecasts against progress achieved. Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structures, maintain the project risk register to minimize impacts on schedule, scope, and budget, and perform what-if analysis to develop contingency plans. Coordinate cross-functional departments to identify issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution. Develop conceptual models for Business Capability traceability matrices and track baselines. This long-term role at BHI Energy, a broad umbrella organization covering all facets of Power Generation, requires proficiency in Primavera P6, strong analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Office expertise.
