Job Summary
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to five Behavioral Health Home Care Managers while conducting regular individual supervision meetings and delivering ongoing performance feedback. Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training for new staff, and complete performance evaluations and improvement plans as needed. Guide clients through care plans, crisis interventions, and complex case management situations while maintaining your own case load and ensuring accurate documentation during audits. Work collaboratively with the Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor to manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance standards are met within the agency's leadership structure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field required
- MHRT/C
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of case management or behavioral health experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience working within Maine's Behavioral Health Home program strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, problem solving and team building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong all around computer skills
