Supervisor-Beverage

Oversee beverage service and staff performance in the dining environment. Inspect grooming and attire, monitor service quality, inventories, and safety, and assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to maintain high guest satisfaction. Manage bank procedures, change provisioning, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Enforce company policies, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, read and verify information, and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Lead by example to develop positive working relationships and support team goals while ensuring adherence to quality standards and service expectations.
