Supervisor - Beverage Hourly

Maintain employee schedules, track inventory, and order supplies for the Beverage Department. Handle guest complaints professionally while monitoring intoxication levels and offering refreshments as needed. Motivate staff to function as team players and evaluate performance based on job standards. Supervise subordinate supervisors, overseeing hiring, training, planning, and directing work in accordance with organizational policies. Address complaints and resolve problems within the unit. Work in a moderate noise environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
