Supervisor, Behavior Health

Supervise and oversee day-to-day activities related to the care of patients with mental health needs, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value quality care. Coordinate assessment, treatment planning, and manage patient disposition, including appropriate transfers based on individual needs. Establish work priorities, assist staff in resolving operational issues, and enforce adherence to department, affiliate, operating unit, and system standards, policies, procedures, TJC standards, and applicable laws. Collaborate with internal and external mental health facilities to coordinate services and streamline work flows. This role requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling, LCSW licensure, and five years of recent relevant experience. Candidates must possess knowledge of administrative and clinical areas, regulatory requirements including The Joint Commission and California Department of Public Health specifications, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Full-time day shift (Monday-Friday) with a weekly salary range of $117,436.80 to $176,155.20.
