Job Summary
Supervisor role leading Automated Chemistry/Diagnostic Immunology operations; manage staff development, quality and regulatory compliance, document and financial management, and strategic planning for a new laboratory venture. Responsible for overseeing service delivery, coordinating with internal/external resources, and driving special projects per laboratory leadership guidance. Must work 100% on-site with defined shift schedules (2:00 AM–10:30 AM; 10:30 AM–7:00 PM; 7:00 PM–2:30 AM; Tuesday–Saturday) in Rochester, MN and Southaven, MS as indicated, with a limited-tenure assignment transitioning to permanent infrastructure within a separate company; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or related field (implied by supervisor position)
- management experience in a clinical/diagnostic laboratory setting
- oversight of quality, regulatory compliance, safety, strategic planning, and project management
- ability to lead and develop staff
- on-site availability requires multiple shifts (First/Second/Third)
