Job Summary
Support the Streamer Manager with daily live streaming operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing streams while monitoring performance and sales pacing. Use strong math skills to track inventory movement and key metrics, providing leadership support to streamers and staff. Act as a point of support during evening operations and take initiative to identify issues and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency. Assist with maintaining a high-quality customer experience during live events. Full-time, day or evening hours in an on-site role in Las Vegas, NV.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associates degree in Business or a related field
- Strong sports (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc) and/or TCG (One Piece, Pokemon, etc) knowledge
- Leadership Experience
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, live environment
- Leadership mindset with confidence in decision-making
- Ability to see the big picture while managing details
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Full-time, day or evening hours
- On-site role in Las Vegas, NV
