Supervisor- Assistant 2nd Shift

Provides on-the-job leadership and task supervision of assigned employees in a manufacturing department or area, including assigning workstations and tasks, training staff, and assisting with safety, quality, and production goals. Supports setup, adjustments and inspection of production equipment; performs pre-op and in-run checks; identifies and diagnoses production problems across quality, line supply, mechanical downtime and initiates corrective action; completes reports and maintains production data in systems; ensures GMP compliance and a clean, sanitary work area. Requires experience in leadership, SAP and basic computer skills (Excel/Outlook/Word/PDF), and familiarity with manufacturing operating systems. Education includes high school or equivalent with associate degree or trade certificate preferred; compensation includes base hourly rate with potential overtime and shift differentials.
