Supervisor, Asset Retrieval

Supervisor, Asset Retrieval leads a team of Product Return Specialists to locate and contact patients, instruct them on returning rented medical device products, encourage optimal product utilization, and educate patients on follow-up with health care providers. Responsibilities include supervising staff and scheduling, delivering courteous and professional engagements, communicating returns processes, developing training programs, analyzing performance and KPIs, producing dashboards and reports, guiding day-to-day execution to meet quarterly targets, monitoring daily return goals, conducting quality call reviews, assigning and tracking tasks, and preparing controlled documents for quality review. This role requires attention to confidentiality, strong leadership, process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration with team members, legal, and compliance.
