Job Summary
Own and evolve pipeline risk analytics by leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ONEOK's Pipeline Risk Analysis Program across gas and hazardous liquid systems. Ensure alignment with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195, industry best practices, and internal standards while translating risk insights into actionable integrity strategies for inspection planning and capital prioritization. Supervise and coach a team of engineers and analysts supporting enterprise risk management, mentoring early-career talent through the Engineering Development Program. Partner with Integrity, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure risk outputs are accurate and audit-ready, communicating complex technical concepts to leadership. This role supports ONEOK's midstream service provider operations, driving safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across its 60,000-mile pipeline network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related field)
- 6+ years of experience in pipeline integrity, risk assessment, or asset integrity engineering
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
- Strong understanding of pipeline risk, risk model data inputs, and regulatory requirements (PHMSA/49 CFR 192 & 195)
- Ability to translate data into strategy and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects occasionally
- Ability to remain on feet in an upright position occasionally
