Supervisor, AR & Credit Risk Management

Job Summary
Monitor receivables balances and new customer requests to assess risk exposure, leading a team of AR Specialists in timely collections, claims management, and cash applications. Report Receivables balances for Beauty, Housewares, and Health & Home operating units across the US, Canada, and Latin America to upper management. Analyze customer financial statements and trade references to determine credit exposure levels, while reviewing and approving credit/debit transactions and managing Credit Exception Reports in the Oracle Trade Management system. Complete month-end reporting with detailed commentary on delinquent balances and bad debt reserves, fostering a culture of inclusion and providing coaching to ensure adherence to department processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or a related subject
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with the Oracle ERP system
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Leadership ability to train and direct staff
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft applications, with expertise in Excel
- Financial acumen
- Ability to work independently
- Work 3 days onsite
- Tuesday through Thursday in-office collaboration
- Option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
