Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of application support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity. Oversee day-to-day support activities for all enterprise applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring timely incident resolution. Implement best practices for application support processes, including incident management, problem resolution, and change management. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements, enhancements, and optimizations. Manage direct reports' career and performance assessments and improvements while developing team skills in integration technologies and support processes. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- 5-8 years of industry experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within application support or IT operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications, including troubleshooting methodologies, incident management processes, and change management practices
- Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers, with a focus on vendor management and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Informal management/ team lead experience
