Job Summary
Lead the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events while stepping into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards. Coach hourly team members on service, safety, and company expectations; drive sales through guest engagement and upselling; and maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, and smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills. Requires 1 to 2 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience, high school diploma, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
- A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
- A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team
- Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
