Supervisor Ambulatory Clinical Operations LPN - Rothsville and Granite Run Lancaster - Days

Monitor quality, conduct patient assessments, deliver direct patient care, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff. Provide safe, therapeutic, and efficient care services while assisting in patient care planning based on sound nursing judgment and clinical preparation. Operate at an intermediate nursing level to support clinical staff management and administrative duties across multiple practices under Registered Nurse oversight. Adhere to Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing provisions for all nursing care delivered.
